Palmgren 18-Inch 1-1/2 Horsepower Drum Sander works like a dream! It has special technical features inbuilt like the fully welded unibody construction for optimal stability, easy to change abrasives for less downtime, 100-grit abrasives included for immediate use, four-screw design that easily raises and lowers table for smooth operation and the heavy duty stand for optimal durability.
The Palmgren Sander is a great drum sander. Paper change is easy and the controls are easy and well designed. The internal fan to remove sawdust to the bag works great, as long as you have a dust collector attached to it. The built in dust collector would work better if hooked up to a vacuum collection system. This is an excellent sander. Good, powerful and well built. It does all your wood sanding jobs just as you would want them to be done. This is a fairly reasonably priced drum sander which incidentally is made in China. It may or may not come with an owner’s manual. The sander works like a dream and the customer service is very good.
